SP3NM.CA is a small business sole proprietorship
established in the spring of 2025, recognized as a community-driven
health, wellness, and fitness company servicing Ontario Canada.

With 10 years of experience in health, wellness, and fitness, including five years as a Fitness Trainer for the City of Brantford, Spencer brings deep knowledge, passion, and lived experience to this next evolution of his work.

Founded in Brantford, Ontario, SP3NM.CA is led by Spencer Moore, a canfitpro certified Personal Trainer, Fitness Instructor Specialist, City of Brantford Fitness Trainer, and 2025 City of Brantford Accessibility Leadership Award Recipient.

SP3NM.CA serves as both an individualized coaching platform and a
community network. Clients receive programming that adapts to their
lifestyle, abilities, and aspirations, with personally designed programs
tailored to individuals, groups, and families invested in their health,
wellness, and fitness goals.

Using supportive, realistic, and goal oriented approaches, SP3NM.CA uniquely blends creativity with accessibility to deliver meaningful, lasting impact.

accessible and embraced by every corner of our community. We strive to build lasting connections, create supportive environments, and provide inclusive opportunities. Our goal is to establish foundations that empower individuals of all abilities to grow independently and flourish collectively.

Mission

At SP3NM.CA, we meet you where you are. Our mission is to build
personalized fitness foundations and create innovative, individualized
programs that expand your network through the interconnected pieces of health, wellness, and human experience. SP3NM’s programming inspires and supports all abilities and empowers individuals to move through what they love, whether it’s art, adventure, action sports, or everyday life, while building and sustaining community-centered services from Brant County and beyond.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do session packages expire?
No. All packages have no expiry date.
Most 3-session packages are completed within 2–4 weeks.

Do you accept Passport Funding?
Yes. SP3NM follows Ontario Passport Program guidelines. Contact us to coordinate documentation and invoicing.

What are your service hours?
Monday–Saturday
Sessions booked via: sp3nm.ca@gmail.com
Please allow 2–5 business days for confirmation.

What is your cancellation policy?
Please provide 12 hours notice.
No notice = session charged.
Proper notice = no penalty.

Where do sessions take place?
Hybrid options available:
Online, In-person (Brantford, Hamilton, in-home, parks, community centers) Facility fees may apply.

Do I need a membership?
No membership required.
Bodyweight and existing equipment are fully supported.

Do you offer team programs?
Yes. 9-week youth program (Ages 10–17).
Max 20 participants.

Can I book just a consultation?
Yes. Consultations and re-assessments can be booked separately.

Digital documentation includes:
Goal tracking
Fitness assessments
Program updates
